NEW CHAPTER

LET THE PROCESS BEGAN!

As you know we were on the search of buying a house last year but if you know how the housing market is then you know it was HELL for us. We put in a few offers and kept getting outbid every single time by 25K-50K over asking price. We honestly could not imagine paying more for a house then what its worth. We moved here on base to give ourselves a year in hopes the market would get better. Come June it will be a year since moving on base and I will say we absolutely love it and have met some amazing people but we know in our hearts buying a home is something we want to do.

Anyway enough background explaining! We have decided we are officially going to start with the process again and hope this time it works lol. I started working this year and having that extra income has made us a lot more confident to fully be able to purchase our first home. At the moment we do not have a offer on a house but we do have a house in mind that we have already discussed with our agent and it could definitely be possible that we end up purchasing it if things end up working out.
